Sean “Diddy” Combs is back in the headlines on the civil side, and this time the accusations are even more disturbing—and bizarre. A woman identified as Jane Doe has filed a Diddy tootsie roll rape lawsuit in New York on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, alleging that Combs raped her in July 2001 at his Manhattan apartment.

The lawsuit, accuses the disgraced hip-hop mogul of luring the woman to his apartment after a night out, locking the bedroom door, and violently assaulting her. During the attack, the woman claims Diddy put his hand around her throat and told her, “I’m going to suck the life out of you,” before proceeding with the rape.

What’s gaining the most online attention, however, is the unusual detail in the complaint: the plaintiff described Combs’ penis as looking like a “large Tootsie Roll,” adding that she felt “relieved” thinking the pain of the rape would be minimal. She referred to it as an “itty-bitty Diddy” in the filing.

The lawsuit states that despite her protests and efforts to fight back, Combs overpowered her. She says he ejaculated on her body before she managed to escape. Since the alleged assault, she has reportedly suffered from severe emotional trauma, needing years of therapy and experiencing an inability to form intimate relationships.

This lawsuit joins a growing list of legal problems for Combs. In 2023, singer Cassie Ventura accused him of rape and abuse—settled within 24 hours. Since then, more than 100 individuals have come forward with claims spanning rape, drugging, trafficking, and abuse. Combs is also currently on trial for federal sex trafficking charges.

As of now, Combs’ legal team has not responded publicly the new lawsuit.
