A 26-year-old man who lives in Raleigh, Muinde Omulama Bull, known as “Mundollas”, of Glenpeak Way, has been accused of targeting women by secretly installing tracking devices on their vehicles. Bull faces charges related to at least three victims.
A Pattern of Stalking and Harassment
According to court documents obtained by The North Carolina Beat, Bull is accused of “unlawfully and willfully” placing electronic tracking devices without consent on the cars of Jasmine Johnson and Kiera Ausby. The offenses, which reportedly occurred on November 30, 2024, resulted in Bull being charged with two counts of misdemeanor cyberstalking. He was arrested on January 23, 2025, and released on a $3,000 bond under the condition that he has no direct or indirect contact with his victims.
Creepier still, this isn’t Bull’s first run-in with accusations of disturbing behavior. In his conditions of release order, a magistrate judge revealed that he was convicted in 2020 of abusive and sexual contact.
A Darker Twist: Dead Flowers and an AirTag
Bull’s methods grew even more unsettling in a separate incident involving a third victim, Paradise Bellamy. On December 6, 2024, Bull allegedly placed dead flowers on Bellamy’s car, along with an Apple AirTag to track her movements. The warrant for his arrest states that Bull “knew and should have known” his actions would cause substantial emotional distress, leaving Bellamy in fear for her safety.
For this incident, Bull is charged with misdemeanor stalking. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 11, 2025 on this charge. The magistrate reinforced conditions of release, barring any contact with Bellamy.
Sources familiar with Bull’s behavior allege he has an extensive history of stalking women, particularly those working as strippers. He is said to allegedly have a disturbing habit of secretly placing AirTags in their vehicles.
Bull’s next court date for the Johnson and Ausby cases is set for March 6, 2025.
