Charlotte Father Orders ESCORT Online For His 13-Year-old SON!
Lawd, this one right here is SICKENING. A 13-year-old boy’s heartbreaking disclosure to police has led to the arrest of his own father and A ESCORT in one of Charlotte’s most twisted child sex abuse cases this year.
According to arrest documents obtained by The North Carolina Beat, CMPD officers were called to a home on Sanders Avenue on April 23, 2025, after the young boy bravely told authorities that his father, Henry Hubert Harris (36), had ordered a “woman” “off the internet” to come to their house to have sex—not just with him, but with both of them.
The father and son allegedly took turns having sex with the same adult man in the backseat of a car.
But that ain’t even the worst part..the 13-year-old victim brought screenshots of the “woman’s” Twitter profile and detailed how his father had paid the woman for the sex acts. He told authorities the alleged woman engaged in vaginal and oral sex with him, and that his father did the same.
Detectives quickly got to work and traced the Twitter account back to Khalil Malik Nixon, a 28-year-old Charlotte man who police say confessed to everything after coming in voluntarily for questioning. According to the affidavit, Nixon admitted to having anal and oral sex with the child and confirmed that the boy’s father paid for it.
Both Harris and Nixon now face multiple felony charges, including:

According to CMPD’s affidavit, the child was forensically interviewed at Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center where he detailed the disturbing events. Meanwhile, a search warrant executed on the Twitter account helped tie Nixon to the crime directly.
Authorities say Nixon is 14 years and 7 months older than the victim, making him well within the statutory range for Class B1 Felony Sex Offense charges under North Carolina law.
Nixon was released on a $100,000 bond two days after his arrest and was indicted by a grand jury on June 30, 2025. The victim’s father, Harris, remains in the Mecklenburg County Jail without bond. He was also indicted by a grand jury on June 30, 2025.
