PITT COUNTY, N.C. – A Pitt County man is in custody following an alleged assault involving a minor and a separate incident involving a law enforcement officer, according to court documents.
Records show that 26-year-old Blake Lee was arrested on Saturday, December, 27 after authorities say he punched a 15-year-old boy in the face, causing a cut to the victim’s cheek and injuries that left his lips bloodied.
In a separate magistrate’s order, Lee is accused of offering a sexual favor to a Pitt County Sheriff’s Office deputy. Court documents state Lee told the deputy, “If you drop me off, I will let you have sex with me.” The statement resulted in an additional charge related to offering a bribe to a law enforcement officer.
Lee is being held on a $10,000 secured bond for the alleged bribery charge and an additional $3,500 secured bond for assault inflicting serious injury. His first court appearance is scheduled for Monday at 2 p.m.
