Now, Teemo is fighting back with what he claims is evidence that seriously questions the narrative that spread across Facebook.

“I Don’t Wanna Seem Like A Liar”

The biggest part comes from screenshots Teemo posted to social media Wednesday night. In one of the alleged text conversations, a woman identified only by a phone number appears to apologize for the controversy spiraling out of control.

“I just wanted you to know that I’m sorry if you get any kind of trouble at your job,” the message reads.

The sender allegedly goes on to apologize for asking someone to find out whether Teemo was single and expresses regret that the situation became a big Facebook controversy.

But the message that really have people talking appears later in the conversation. After the employee allegedly tells the sender that they intend to tell Buffalo Wild Wings corporate investigators what they are saying is the truth, the sender allegedly responds:

“I’d appreciate it if you didn’t tell them the truth and you stuck with me on my story because I don’t wanna seem like a liar.”

Many called out Kienzle alleging that the text messages appears inconsistent with what she publicly posted.

Teemo has repeatedly maintained that the allegations damaged both his reputation and livelihood.

According to his Facebook posts, he received threats, faced public ridicule, and worried about losing his job after being identified online.

In a new statement posted to Facebook, Teemo thanked supporters who stood by him throughout the controversy.

“Well well well…” he wrote.

He went on to thank people who believed in him while criticizing those who, in his view, rushed to judgment.

“When The Beat made light to it … I saw the comments y’all made,” he wrote.

Teemo also claimed many Wilson residents who personally know him never believed the allegations in the first place.

“I love the Wilsonians who knew my character and knew this was all not true,” he wrote.

The screenshots also appear to show the other individual challenging the woman about her public allegations.

According to the alleged messages, the person accuses her of attempting to protect her relationship with her boyfriend and questions why she would ask for a photo if she truly wanted the employee to leave her alone.

The individual further claims she had previously described Teemo as attractive and allegedly asked someone to determine whether he was single.
