Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a series of legal challenges, with a third lawsuit filed against him.
According to Rolling Stone the third lawsuit against Combs comes from a woman who claims that Combs and singer Aaron Hall raped her and her friend in the early 90s. The lawsuit alleges that the women were coerced into having sex with the men after meeting them at an MCA Records event in New York, and that Combs later became violent, assaulting and choking the woman.
‘ANOTHER ONE’: Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexually assaulting college student in 1991
The lawsuit also states that the women were offered drinks and coerced into having sex with Combs and Hall at an afterparty.
The lawsuit was filed just before the expiration of the one-year Adult Survivors Act, which allowed for a look-back window for sex assault allegations that had passed the statute of limitations.
In addition to Combs and Hall, the lawsuit also names MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records as defendants.
Earlier on Thursday, a legal complaint was lodged against Combs by a woman who claimed that he sexually assaulted and drugged her in 1991 while she was a college student. The plaintiff, Joi Dickerson-Neal, asserted that the hip-hop mogul also recorded the assault and purportedly disseminated it within the music industry.
Additionally, Combs’ former long-term partner, “Cassie,” whose real name is Cassandra Ventura initiated legal action against him, alleging that he coerced her into engaging in prostitution, sexually assaulted her, and subjected her to physical abuse. Despite Diddy’s denial of the accusations, he reached a settlement with her.
