Viral Virginia School Bus Video Sparks Outrage as Girl Is Attacked and Driver Does Nothing
A disturbing and violent video allegedly recorded on a school bus has gone viral — showing a young Black girl being physically assaulted by a White student, while the bus driver is nowhere to be seen.
Originally posted on a now-private Instagram account named “Cavereverything1”, the video made its rounds online after it was reposted by Keimond M. Powe on Facebook. In the comments, Powe identified the original source and included screenshots of the IG profile.

As of the publication of this article, the video has racked up over 8,000 reactions and has been shared more than 9,000 times.
VIDEO SHOWS KID PUNCHING GIRL, YANKING HER BRAIDS
In the video, a White male student in an orange shirt can be seen violently punching a girl repeatedly, then grabbing her by the hair — specifically yanking onto one of her braids. At one point, he presses his hand against her forehead, pushing her down further while she appears to tell him to stop.
“Forreal, Ashely, stop!” the girl can be heard saying.

Throughout the ordeal, no adult steps in. There’s no sign of the bus driver reacting or attempting to stop the incident — and that has the internet in flames.
ALLEGED CONNECTION TO CARVER MIDDLE SCHOOL IN CHESTER, VIRGINIA
According to Facebook user Keimond M. Powe, they reverse-searched the profile photo from the original Instagram poster and it led to Carver Middle School in Chester, Virginia.
In the comments under Powe’s post, one person stated they contacted the school and allegedly received a reply claiming that the incident took place during summer school, and that administrators were aware of the video and were “handling it.”
The North Carolina Beat has not yet confirmed the exact location or date of the incident but has contacted Carver Middle School for comment. As of Friday afternoon, we have not received a response. We will update this story once we receive a reply — possibly by Monday.

Kids should be taught to keep their hands to themselves, if not then kids should be allowed to defend themselves. After she told him to stop and he didn’t…I was hoping she popped him in the eye or throat.
Teach your kids to keep their hands to themselves before you have to get the cops involved cuz I wish a mf would 😤 & if it was the other way around they’d be all over the situation thank God for camera’s
This makes me absolutely sick..everyone laughing like it’s the damn norm. I wanted her to snatch his a*s over that seat!! Self defense!!!
This is sad. Boys of my generation were taught not to put their hands on a girl no matter the race because it was frowned on if you did, especially by other boys in your peer group. This behavior shows what he has been exposed to at home or what his parents have allowed. I pray that this behavior doesn’t carry with this boy through out his life especially toward females. That boy didn’t have any remorse in his eyes. It was intentional. When he started punching the little girl on the head, she could have developed a concussion, which could have led to him being placed in juvenile detention center. I hope this is a wake up call to his parents.
How’d that happen at a middle school when those children are 100% elementary school age! I think ya’ll need to do a bit more research and digging before making an article about this.
Research into when this happened is irrelevant. There is a video and this needs to be dealt with!!!
Yeah, luckily no one, not even the reporter for this rag(?)/site(?) have any idea about *WHY* it’s happening. Apparently reporters don’t have to learn about where, what, why, who, when, etc anymore, they can just babble incoherently about something they saw and put it up for anyone to take as the ultimate truth…so long as they’re just as stupid as the person writing this moronic drivel up.
If that was YOUR daughter, would it make a damn diffence why!?!? That young man was proud of what he was doing. If he was black and she was yt, you would probably be saying something different!
The calm look on that boy’s face is frightening.
This is horrible. Thank God it wasn’t my child. There would be a go fund me page.
