The United States has responded to an Iran-backed enemy in the Middle East, who is responsible for killing three courageous U.S. service members: Sergeant William Jerome Rivers, 46; Specialist Kennedy Ladon Sanders, 24; and Specialist Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, 23, all from Georgia.

According to ABC News, U.S. officials confirmed on Friday that their strikes were retaliatory and in response to a drone strike on an American Army base in Jordan last Sunday.

Dozens of other American troops were wounded in the attack at Tower 22 base, near the border of Iraq and Syria in Jordan. The U.S. blames Iran for funding and arming the militants who continue to launch attacks against the U.S.

Before the strike, President Joe Biden warned that America would respond.
