Authorities in North Carolina and Georgia, alongside local NAACP leaders, are investigating a KKK social media threat. The threat claims that the Ku Klux Klan is preparing to target Black Americans, particularly Black women, with possible actions extending to the Inauguration.
According to the Charlotte Observer, a woman shared a concerning post claiming that KKK members from Lexington, North Carolina, are conspiring against Black individuals, viewing them as “easy targets.” This alarming information was relayed to her by a friend connected to the Gwinnett County, Georgia sheriff’s Office.
