Nicki Minaj Says She’s Donald Trump’s “No. 1 Fan”
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Nicki Minaj aka ‘MAGA MINAJ’ has officially became a Trump puppet.
In a moment that left fans blinking twice, the rap superstar stood on a Washington, D.C. stage Wednesday, and proudly declared herself President Donald Trump’s “No. 1 fan,” aligning herself with the controversial president during a Trump administration event at the U.S. Treasury Department.
The rapper appeared alongside Trump and businessman Kevin O’Leary at the Trump Accounts Summit, a government-backed rollout promoting “Trump Accounts,” a savings program tied to the administration’s One Big Ugly Bill. The initiative claims to offer federally seeded savings accounts for U.S.-born children, framed as a move toward generational wealth.
But it wasn’t the policy that stole the spotlight — it was Nicki’s loyalty pledge.
Nicki Says the Quiet Part Loud
Taking the mic, Minaj didn’t hedge, clarify, or play neutral. Instead, she leaned all the way in.
“I am probably the president’s No. 1 fan, and that’s not going to change,” Minaj said, brushing off criticism as “hate” and accusing Trump critics of bullying. She went on to suggest divine protection over Trump, language that immediately raised eyebrows given her massive influence in Black and urban communities.
As if that wasn’t enough, Minaj reportedly pledged between $150,000 and $300,000 to help fund Trump Accounts.
