More than 2,000 North Carolinians positive for COVID-19, 37 have recovered

North Carolina has more than 2,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19. 

88 of 100 counties have at least one case, and Mecklenburg County has the most, 533. 

37 people in North Carolina have recovered from COVID-19, according to health officials.

28 people in Forsyth County, 5 in Wilson County, and 4 in Craven County have recovered, according to health officials in those counties. 

There are now 22 reported deaths in the state.
