Woman Says Fayetteville Pastor’s $4K “P***y* Payment” Check Bounced

NOT the pastor writing bounce checks for the box and getting aired out on Facebook like it’s Sunday service gone rogue!

A woman named Lorah Faze from Fayetteville lit up the internet Monday after posting that Pastor Michael R. Tucker of Fountain of Praise Tabernacle, INC gave her a $4,000 check in exchange for “more than foreplay” — and that check BOUNCED like it was possessed.

“I GAVE THIS PASTOR SOME P*S*Y YESTERDAY FOR $4000, TRIED TO CASH THE CHECK TODAY..COULDN’T!” Lorah wrote on Facebook. “SO I CALLED THE CHURCH AND TOLD HIS WIFE.”

Not only did Lorah snitch to the First Lady, but she posted alleged receipts — literally. Photos include a pic of who appears to be Pastor Tucker writing the check, a close-up of the actual Navy Federal check, a screenshot of his alleged number saved as “Michael,” and a text that belongs in the Book of Messy-lations.

The Alleged Receipts

The check in question is dated August 3, 2025, made out for $4,000, signed by a Michael R. Tucker, and lists a Fayetteville address. Lorah blurred the full address but made sure y’all saw the city and the pastor’s name.

In the text messages, Pastor Tucker allegedly got petty, telling Lorah:

“I didn’t feel comfortable giving you the $4,000. You are very disrespectful and I refuse to allow somebody like you to talk to me any kind of way.”

But Lorah clapped back:

“YOU the problem, not me. I’m on God’s time, not yours!”

It gets worse. The pastor allegedly told her she had “no walls” and said she wasn’t on the level of the doctors and lawyers he usually deals with.

This Y’all Pastor?!

Lorah put the whole church on blast, asking:

“Y’all do y’all know this man? Michael Tucker of @fountainoftabernacle? This y’all pastor?”

She even claimed God was going to send some ninjas into the church:

“TELL EM I SAID I NEED THAT OR GOD GONE SEND THEM N****S IN THAT CHURCH TO TAKE IT ON SUNDAY FUN DAY.”

She Posted the Alleged Proof—But He’s Screaming “Forgery!”

Now Pastor Tucker has officially responded — exclusively to The North Carolina Beat — and his version is a whole different sermon.

“I GAVE HER A CHECK FOR $400. SHE TOOK THAT CHECK AND WROTE MORE ZEROES ON IT,” Pastor Tucker told us. “SHE TOOK IT TO CASH AND ADVANCE, AND THEY CALLED ME SAYING ‘DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE TRYING TO CASH A $4,000 CHECK?’”

He said the cash advance denied Lorah after verifying with him that the check was originally for $400, not $4,000. He claims Lorah then got mad and threatened to expose him.

“I asked her, what possessed you to write more zeroes on it? She said, ‘because I need… because I need it.’”

Was It for Sex or a Stay?

Tucker denied ever paying for sex, telling The North Carolina Beat that the $400 was for her hotel stay, not her “services.”

“I GAVE HER $400 TO HELP WITH HER ROOM. SHE SAID IT WAS $150 SOMETHING A NIGHT.”

But when we asked for proof of the hotel assistance, Tucker came up empty:

“No sir, no I don’t. Like I said, no I don’t,” referring to not having proof to support his story.

He admitted to sending the now-viral text where he said he didn’t want to give her the money because she was disrespectful. However, he refused to show us the full thread to back his version of events.

“My Staff Was There” – But Still No Receipts

Pastor Tucker told us he had staff with him that day at the hotel “passing out flyers” and that they were present when he wrote the check. But when we asked for proof, he got combative.

Despite changing his story to saying he had proof, he wouldn’t provide it, and neither he nor his church has issued a public statement about the alleged scandal.

We attempted to reach Lorah Faze for comment, but did not receive a response by the time this story was published.
