G-Herbo Fayetteville Club Appearance Goes Viral After Fan Flashes GD Sign
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Chicago rapper G-Herbo made a stop in Fayetteville, North Carolina last weekend, but the moment before he hit the stage is going viral.
As the rapper walked through Seven 5 on Saturday, January 17, a fan was seen throwing up a Gangster Disciples (GD) hand sign directly in G-Herbo’s face. The rapper appeared unbothered, continuing on without reacting as the moment was captured on video and in photos that have since gone viral online.
It remains unclear who the individual was or what their issue may have been with the Chicago native. No altercation was reported, and G-Herbo did not initially acknowledge the gesture at the time it happened.
Once on stage, however, the rapper briefly addressed the situation.
G-Herbo spoke to the crowd, putting respect on different sets name and making sure Fayetteville still got a good show. While some commenters online accused the rapper of “copping pleas,” others felt he handled the situation the right way — choosing peace and professionalism over drama.
Neither G-Herbo nor his team have publicly commented further on the incident.
