The boy wasn’t hurt in the incident, according to police.

Knightdale Police Chief Lawrence Capp said his department began investigating the abuse last month when the mother of the 2-year-old filed a complaint.

Police say the incident happened at Knightdale Station Preschool located at 710 Lighttrail drive.

This is the second case of alleged child abuse at this dangerous child daycare.
