A Laurinburg, North Carolina woman is in the hospital after she was beaten unrecognizable over the weekend.
Early Saturday morning, March 9, 2019, 25-year-old Alicia Jones (Xionia) was allegedly beaten and robbed by at least four people that consisted of men, and women, according to a GoFundMe description.
During Jones attack, she was robbed of money, jewelry, shoes and then put inside of a vehicle. The GoFundMe continues to read and say that hours later, Jones was able to crawl to a friends house where she pleaded for help. She was later transported to a local hospital where she has been since Saturday.
Word On The Curb is that Jones “best friend”, had her attacked. We are not releasing the name of the “best friend” yet but what I will say is that people will kill you and sit next to your family at the funeral.
Apparently, Jones sister contacted the “best friend” and they have a very heated exchange as to what happened. (READ MESSAGE BELOW)
I have a hard time believing that the “best friend” was passed out in the seat while Jones and her so-called-friend, friend was fighting and she didn’t hear the commotion…AND how the hell you get home and Jones had to crawl on the front porch of someone else’s home to get help and you supposed to be her friend?
Scottland County Sheriff’s Office said they initially investigated the attack but turned it over to Laurinburg Police Department.
Laurinburg Police Department is actively investigating whether or not the attack occurred in their jurisdiction.
Police have no suspect or persons of interest at this time.
