Man killed in Florida for paying for Waffle House meals, handing out $20 bills

When I tell you jealousy is real, it is. Nowadays, people will kill you for driving a better car than they do. It’s so sad, and I will not go further on this because I can..

A man in Florida was shot dead this past weekend while he was handing out $20 bills and paying for meals at Waffle House in the state.

The man responsible is 25-year-old Ezekiel Hicks. He was charged with murder early Sunday in the death of the 41-year-old, Craig Brewer. Police say the shooting took place in Gainesville, Florida, just a few miles west of the University of Florida.

According to Alachua County Sheriff’s Office, Hicks and Brewer were first involved in an altercation, in which witnesses say Brewer was arguing with a female acquaintance of Hicks, which was reportedly upset because Brewer didn’t pay for her meal or give her a $20 bill.

First of all, why would you even care if another man pays for your girlfriend’s food or not or even give her a $20 bill? If that’s the case, you a weak man and she don’t need to be with you. That makes me wonder, are you really a man, or is she taking care of you? IJS!

Hicks and Brewer got into a physical altercation which led to the shooting.

Officials say Hicks fired multiple shots at Brewer’s head, killing him on the scene.

Hicks is being held without bail on charges of premeditated murder in the first degree and carrying an unlicensed firearm.
