Another bully has caused the death of another child, this time in Texas!

A 10-year-old boy in Texas killed himself after bullies in his class told him to “kill yourself,” according to his mother.

Keven Reese Jr. is a fifth-grader who hanged himself in the closet of his home on Jan. 21.

Tuesday Kevin’s mom Crystal Smith told local reporters in Houston that the bullies wrote on his tablet to “kill yourself, you don’t belong here.” She said, “when it got physical back in November, he came home crying because he didn’t fight back and one of the boys punched him several times coming from recess.”

Smith said she got a call from Kevin’s 13-year-old sister screaming on the phone saying that Kevin hung himself in the closet.

In November, Smith reached out to the school about Kevin being bullied and punched in which the school said the other student involved denied punching her son.

After Kevin’s suicide, Smith reached out to the school and they told her they never found any bullying going on concerning her son.

Smith said she is still searching for answers and want schools to do something about bullying.

It is unknown as to why Smith came out today about this story, but any day is a good day to spread awareness about the harm bullying can cause to not only the victim but also their families.
