(Granville County, North Carolina)– A crooked Sheriff voted in by the people of Granville County, North Carolina has been indicted on two counts of felony obstruction of justice amid allegations he discussed killing a former deputy who had a recording of him using “racially insensitive language.”

Although, the crooked Onslow County, North Carolina Sheriff Hans Miller has not done anything this crazy YET, he has done some things and this is why I continue to expose these fraudulent ass so-called police officers.

Sheriff Brindell Wilkins was indicted Monday, according to court records.

He’s been a Sheriff since 2009 and has refused to resign following these charges.

Wilkins was on a recorded conversation with a “well-known” person who threatened a former deputy, Joshua Freeman, according to Wake County District Attorney Lorrin Freeman.

In a 2014 conversation, court records say, Wilkins indicated he thought Freeman would soon unveil an audio recording of him using “racially insensitive language” to authorities in Raleigh.

The sheriff then advised the person to “take care of it” and “the only way you gonna stop him is kill him”, court records said, adding instructions on how to commit the murder without being identified.

“You ain’t got the weapon, you ain’t got nothing to go on,” Wilkins said, according to court records. “The only way we find out these murder things is people talk. You can’t tell nobody, not a thing.”

Shiesty Wilkins heard the specific threats to kill his former deputy and did not warn the officer or take any actions, according to court records.

Wilkins was released on a $20,000 bond and remains in office.

Officials in Granville say Wilkins can continue to serve if he chooses to until convicted.

But why would anyone want a Sheriff who planned to kill another deputy serving their community, this DOG should retire.
