2nd Annual Ham Jam and Barbecue cook-off 2019, Spare Change band performing live

The 2nd annual Ham Jam and Barbecue Cook-off start Saturday, April 13 at 11:30 a.m. at Humphrey Farms in Hubert.

If you love Barbecue and Beer, this is the event for you! 

There will be Food Trucks, Funnel Cakes, Desert Trucks, Beer/Wine, Beer Garden, Eating Contest, General Store, LIVE Performance by Spare Change Band from Greenville, North Carolina, Bounce Houses, Kids Games, and so much more.

Barbara Humphrey Garrett, owner of Humphrey Farms says the event is rain or shine!

13 competitors will be going head to head in a Barbecue cook-off. The cook-off is sponsored by Piggly Wiggly in Swansboro and free barbecue samples will begin at noon.

If you don’t like Barbecue, Humphrey says not to worry because food trucks will be lined up at the event.

The Ham Jam will also include a kid’s pie eating contest, old-fashioned cake walk sponsored by Morton Elementary PTO, and so much more.

There will be a huge rock climbing wall and more than 40 vendors.

Spare Change Band will be taking the stage at 6:00 p.m.
